Halloween Creativity

We've been having a lot of Halloween fun lately, and I actually have a couple more things planned. We'll see how many projects can be completed in the next week or so :)
Jack O Lantern face for the front door - held on by magnets

Hank the sock money!!! Thanks to Noelle for spotting this and buying it for Hank.

Maggie liked the hat too :)

Maggie REALLY wanted to wear a costume too, so I grabbed this one of Avery's from when she was little.

Hank's homemade costume "Pluggie" the fire robot.

Everyone was mesmerized by cartoons.

Maggie got a puppy dog vest with hood for dress up purposes mostly, but it works well as a Halloween costume too. You can layer any kind of warm or cold weather clothes underneath -- genius!

This was Hank's idea. He made sure to tell me to cut out two holes for his eyes. Luckily I had some white fabric already laying around.

Snack bags from the $1 spot at Target! One for Hank, Maggie, Philip and Olivia.

So proud of our carved pumpkin. Good work Daddy!

Maggie is very mad that we tried to take her pacifier away for the photos. Hank is just pretending to be mad. We have about 70 photos very similar to this one.

She wasn't happy with me either.

Look at Hank's FACE!!! I have no idea what he's doing here :)

And my pumpkin dress creation was finished tonight! Maggie can wear this to school on Halloween and be totally comfortable.

I decided at the last minute to do the face in brown to match the brown button and a pair of brown leggings that she already has. This is my first ever attempt at applique-ing on my sewing machine! I'm excited it turned out pretty decently :)

I made the bow with a button hole in the center so that you can easily remove it to wash the dress. It just goes on top of the neck closure so they both use the same button.
