Four Years in Photos...
We took a photo the first weekend we moved into our house -- August of 2009. Now enjoy a photo each August, including one we took TODAY! Measured the kids this morning and they each grew 1.25" since their birthdays in February. Wow! That's pretty impressive growth. Little cuties :)

| Maggie was the actual patient - this was her first trip to the "grown up" doctor with me, rather than her pediatrician. |

Photos!
Here's a selection of all the photos I should have posted over the last month. No time for captions. This covers some everyday sillyness as well as our trip to Dallas over the 4th of July long weekend.
Enjoy!

Get Along Gang
I should have added these photos earlier in the week. Mom fussed at me for posting one on facebook and not sending HER a copy :) I didn't realize it had been a whole month since something was posted here. I'll have to make it more of a habit. Hank and Maggie are doing and saying stuff all the time that I try to remember for later. That was kinda the whole point of this blog, so I'm foolish for not just quickly posting stuff here and there as it comes along.
Anyway, I'll add a few photos now of them being all sweet to each other after I had spent all morning refereeing their arguments. Seriously, it had been bad. But then out of the blue Maggie made a chair and asked Hank to join her and it was all adorable.
Then this morning they were being all sweet to our three backyard stray kitties. Skinny Pete (the friendliest of the three) was discovered to be a girl, so when Maggie mispronounced her name as Skinny Peep we decided that was more fitting. Then Poochie and Pierre Thomas are there in the background somewhere. I still can't tell those two apart.

Crazy Kid Quotes
We just tucked the kids in for bed after watching a Sesame Street episode which was all about the letter "L". We pointed out to Maggie that she was going to sleep with a couple of "L" items and started listing "Lizzie" and "Lamb" and then Maggie fell right in with "and Elephant". So adorable. Then she requested her brown Llama to join them in the bed. As James was leaving he heard her tell her llama, "You are the Llama Labs of Energy".
That girl is full of crazy sayings these days.
Yesterday morning the kids were trying to convince me to sing with me protesting that I wasn't good at singing and preferred not to. Hank was encouraging me with "Come on, Mom. Do it now while Daddy isn't here to call you names!" So Maggie followed up with "Like 'Space Mamma?'" which is totally a name that Daddy would call me on a daily basis.
Such silly goofballs :)
